Toning to Clear Emotions

I love when the animals feel the qi and are attracted to it. It fills me with a sense of belonging and wonder.

At the new moon, I was outside doing my qigong and felt that I needed to do some toning to clear my emotions. For those of you who’ve done Jade Woman with me, I did the Chong-Guan toning which is quite purifying and powerful. I’m glad to live out in the country where I can chant into the fields without anyone coming over to quiet me, though I’m sure my neighbors wonder what the heck I’m doing. Let’s just say that I’m the only one with prayer flags around her garden on this road! The toning puts me into a qi trance and while I was doing it a wild turkey flew right overhead. I could hear the whooshing of its wings as it passed. Then a skunk walked about 20 ft. in front of me and sat under a pine tree. They truly are beautiful animals. I love when the animals feel the qi and are attracted to it. It fills me with a sense of belonging and wonder.

So delight in summer and find a beautiful place in nature to practice and breathe in all the beauty and abundant healing Qi.
